Solanki Trading & Contracting, re-established in 2008 as the building materials trading & civil interior contracting company with 30 years of interior fit-out expertise, the trading division trades in all types of building materials, especially in gypsum products & ceiling system, safety items, hand tools, fasteners and metal items. STC has a variety of products to serve the increasing need of the construction sector in Qatar & is continuously diversifying based on market needs.

The interior fit-out contracting division has 3 decades of expertise in the field of complete civil interior designing and fit-out with hardworking artistic designers focusing on design excellence, efficient execution, and overall exceptional project delivery in the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors. Having established as an out-and-out interior fit-out contractors, we pride ourselves with the projects we have delivered in malls, retails, government facilities, private residences, residential buildings and villas among others.

Gypsum products in any form is the most widely used environmentally friendly method of decorating interiors of homes and surroundings. SPACE PLANNING

Either refurbishment or newly built, we work on re-organizing the layout in a neat and clear way. Providing the best opportunity for efficient spatial experience is the goal of this stage.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Non-orthodox solutions and new ideas are the main outcomes of this stage. Each project have different circumstances, thus we provide optimum solutions in a creative manner.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Several layers of design are usually required to turn the initial concept into a mature design. Material engineering, electro mechanical and other services are coordinated at this stage to deliver a well-studied project.

DOCUMENTATION | FFE & SPECS

This stage is when the full packages of Construction Documents and detailed specification sheets are prepared according to the design and each FF&E item is well documented with its full references.

PROCUREMENT & TENDER

Preparing request for tender and procurement sets the parameters and qualities required to execute our design as perfect as possible. This stage is done according to project’s budget, location and desired schedule.

SUPERVISION

On site supervision and quality inspection is an important determinant of the dream coming true. Making sure the site is on track reduces any lost costs of back and forth construction works, and ensures the supreme quality of work delivered to our clients.
